- You also get a free news update service, so that your current and recent news is displayed on your homepage, and also on the greatwhitenoise.net homepage. If you already have a site which is internet-ready then we can host it immediately, otherwise, see about our web-design service below.

Great White Noise Web-Design Service

- For $60+GST you can have Great White Noise build your web-site and upload it to the address of your choice (greatwhitenoise.net or your own ISP's).

- The basic template has 4 pages, including your homepage, a contact page, a "list of works" page and finally "another page" - you can call these pages whatever you want. Your homepage contains an area for your current and recent news. Each month we'll update your news from your email to webmaster@greatwhitenoise.com.au.

- You supply us with all the text and pics for your site by email to webmaster.
Once we have the relevant text and pictures we can begin to build your site. The information you send us could include, say:

*An introduction about you
*A short biography or CV
*Your picture
*A picture of your CD cover and details about how to get it
*Your contact details
*Any other information you feel relevant

Conditions
- For speedy download times we recommend pictures to be around 50K and about 200x200 pixels in jpeg or gif format

- Text on your homepage should be around 200 words. Text for your news should be around 30 - 50 words.

- If you would like particular background colours and text colours, please email the details to webmaster - alternatively you could forward the address for a site you like and we'll copy the text colour, background colour and fonts etc.

- Scanning and artwork services are available for an extra fee.

- These deals are for "normal" internet use only. If your site becomes an overnight super-site with 3 million hits a day, you can have our webmasters job!!

- There is no FTP access to greatwhitenoise.net, meaning all uploading must be done by Great White Noise. If this doesn't mean anything to you then you definately need these services! If ftp access is your thing, we can advise alternative packages.
